Vasyl S. Kapats (Frantsuz)

Kapach Vasyl Stepanovych was born on June 28, 1985, in the village of Zvynach, Chortkiv district, Ternopil region. After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, he returned from abroad and voluntarily went to the front. He served as a rifleman in the rifle company of the 49th separate rifle battalion "Carpathian Sich". He died on October 22, 2022, near the village of Terniv in the Donetsk region. He was buried on October 28, 2022, in his native village. He is survived by his mother, wife, and two daughters.
