Viacheslav A. Onopchenko (Adolf)

Vyacheslav Adolfovych Onopchenko was born on October 21, 1968. He was a resident of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. Since 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2019, he was accepted for military service under a contract and remained loyal to his military oath. He held the position of a sanitary instructor in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. He was killed on March 14, 2022, during an enemy artillery shelling in the area of the village of Moschun in Kyiv region. His body was found only on March 24, 2022, during a search operation at the combat positions. Vyacheslav Onopchenko was buried on March 30, 2022, at the Alley of Memory in the Svyshtov Cemetery in Kremenchuk, Poltava region.
