Viacheslav O. Taraskin

Viacheslav Oleksandrovych Taraskin was born on February 23, 1980, in the village of Vyshnevе, Zolotonosha district, Cherkasy region. In 2015, he was called up for military service in the ATO zone, where he served for 1.5 years and was awarded distinctions and medals. Some time later, in 2018, Viacheslav Taraskin signed another contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served until 2021. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was called up for military service by mobilization as part of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar". He died on April 16, 2022, in the Kharkiv region. The farewell ceremony for the fallen took place on April 29, 2022, in his native village of the Shramkivska community.
