- Junior Sergeant Vyacheslav Klyuchynskyi (call sign Klyuch) was killed on July 19, 2023, near the village of Novovodiane in the Luhansk region. While carrying out a combat mission, he received a fatal injury during an enemy artillery barrage. The defender was only 24 years old. Vyacheslav was born in the village of Olizarka, Zhytomyr region. He lived in the regional center. He graduated from the Zhytomyr Agrotechnical Professional College. Later, he continued his studies at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He was passionate about football, was a representative of the young team "Zhytomyr Lads", an ultra-fan of FC "Polissya". He worked at the enterprise "Zhytomyrgaz". In his free time, he loved fishing. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man fought for the independence of his Homeland in the ranks of the National Guard of Ukraine. He served in the 1st Presidential Brigade of Special Purpose named after Hetman Petro Doroshenko. He was the commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the special forces reconnaissance battalion. During his service, the soldier was awarded the badge "For Valiant Service" and the medal "To the Unbreakable Heroes of the Russian-Ukrainian War". "My husband was brave, courageous, cheerful, always ready to help, funny, the life of the party - that's how everyone will remember him. He went to defend his Homeland and family, because who else if not him. He had many plans for life, which, unfortunately, he did not have time to realize. He was the best husband, son, friend. Now he is our Angel... He will forever remain in our hearts. You are our Hero!" - shared the memories of Elizaveta Klyuchynska. The warrior was buried at the Smolyansky military cemetery in Zhytomyr.
