- Vyacheslav Svynarov, a fighter of the Territorial Defense Forces, was killed on May 11, 2022, during the battles with the occupiers for the city of Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region. The defender received a fatal wound near the village of Voyevodivka. He was 56 years old. Vyacheslav was born in the city of Svatove, Luhansk region. He lived there all his life, received his education, and worked as a driver at the Svatove REM. He was passionate about beekeeping. He loved life and his family very much. He was also a Cossack of the Svatove Cossack regiment. On the eve of the full-scale invasion, the man joined the ranks of the local unit - the 111th separate brigade of the Territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And from February 24, he carried out combat missions on the firing lines of Lysychansk, Rubizhne, and Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region. "Somehow the guys, holding their positions, found themselves surrounded. Under constant shelling from the enemy, they occupied an abandoned building in the settlement. Every day, like clockwork, among other things, they were shelled from a tank with the inscription 'Yarik' on it. He would come out, fire, and hide. But the guys held on! With a meager supply of food and water, almost starving, they held the position for several weeks. 'I want bread so much! I even dream about it! I never thought I would dream of a piece of bread,' Slava told his son then," Oksana Rakitina wrote in a post about Vyacheslav. "My dear, I miss you so much. Eternal memory, my beloved," said his wife Yevheniia. The serviceman was buried at the Krasnopil cemetery in Dnipro. Vyacheslav is survived by his wife, son, daughter, and four grandchildren.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
