- Soldier Viktor Grabar (call sign Major) was killed on May 28, 2023, while performing his duties near the city of Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region. The warrior was 41 years old. Viktor was born in the city of Rawa-Ruska in the Lviv region. After school, he studied at the Uhniv Vocational School, where he mastered the profession of a cook. In 2015-2016, he participated in the ATO. Before the full-scale invasion, he worked in Poland together with his wife. He loved to spend his free time in the company of his family and friends. When the great war began, the man returned to his homeland and again went to the front as a volunteer. He fought in the ranks of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after General-Ensign Marko Bezruchko. He held the position of gunner. For worthy service, the fighter was awarded the "Golden Cross" badge and the Order of Courage of the III degree (posthumously). "The kindest person I knew. He has been protecting us since 2015. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he left his job in Poland and went to the military enlistment office, knowing where he was going. I was against us returning, but he said he couldn't do that. He said his comrades-in-arms were fighting, defending our home, and he would be sitting it out abroad... He had many dreams and plans, but it was not meant to be..." - said the wife of the deceased Khrystyna. Viktor was buried in his hometown. At home, his mother and wife were waiting for him.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
