Viktor I. Manzhola

Born on February 25, 1965, in the village of Kanivshchyna, Pryluky district, Chernihiv region. Graduated from high school. Served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR. Lived in the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv region. From May 29, 2015, to the summer of 2016, served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under partial mobilization. Since May 2015, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. From the summer of 2016, served under contract as a service number in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409 (field post V2731), city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). From the summer-autumn of 2016, again participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 30, 2016, Senior Soldier Manzhola died of heart failure at the military unit's location in the area of the village of Trudivske, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. On October 3, 2016, he was buried at the "Novyi But" cemetery in the city of Pryluky, Chernihiv region.
