Viktor L. Formanchuk (Prorab)

Sergeant Viktor Formanchuk (call sign Foreman) was killed on August 4, 2023, in the village of Antonivka, Kherson region. During the performance of a combat mission, he sustained injuries incompatible with life. The warrior was forever 49 years old. Viktor was a native of the village of Vradiyivka, Mykolaiv region. By education, he was a construction worker. He worked at the industrial market "Seventh Kilometer". Since April 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As part of the 124th separate brigade of the territorial defense, he defended the state in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Kherson regions. He held the position of commander of the combat vehicle of the mechanized unit. He was awarded a certificate and a badge by the brigade commander. "Viktor was a loving husband and father, reliable, responsible, selfless, a true professional in his field," said his wife Svitlana. The warrior was buried in the settlement of Avanhard, Odesa region. Viktor is survived by his mother, wife, and daughter.
