Viktor M. Stasiuk

Stasyuk Viktor Mykolaiovych was born on February 23, 1967 in the city of Lanivtsi in the Ternopil region. He served in the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops in Hungary. He graduated from the Ternopil Pedagogical Institute. He worked as a teacher at a school in the city of Chortkiv. Later, he lived and worked abroad for some time. He held the position of operator of the anti-tank platoon of the 3rd mechanized battalion of the 115th separate brigade of territorial defense. He was killed on May 7, 2022 during a mortar attack on his combat position in the city of Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region. He was buried on May 21, 2022 in his hometown.
