- Artilleryman Viktor Hryshkov (call sign Tsoy) was killed in action against the occupiers near the village of Staromlynivka in Donetsk Oblast on March 7, 2022. The fighter was 29 years old. Viktor was born in Zaporizhzhia city. He received a cook's degree from a local vocational school and worked in his field for many years. He was passionate about knife fighting and occasionally participated in competitions. He was also into crossfit and participated in the "Race Nation" (obstacle race) competitions. In 2020, Viktor signed a contract for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the full-scale invasion of Russian military forces, Viktor was a gun commander in the 55th Separate Artillery Brigade "Zaporizhzhia Sich". He had been defending Ukraine from the occupiers since the first days. "My husband was the best person with a big kind heart. He loved the army and dreamed of reaching great heights and obtaining an officer rank. He was always an example of justice and honesty," said Valeria Hryshkova, the wife of the deceased. The defender was buried at the Peremoha cemetery in Zaporizhzhia. Viktor is survived by his wife and two daughters: Eva and Anna. Senior Soldier Viktor Hryshkov was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
