  Viktor Oleksiyovych Litvin was born on October 3, 1967, in Uman district of Cherkasy region. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he served in the headquarters of the separate airborne assault brigade. He was killed on March 22, 2022, during an airstrike in the city of Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region.
