- Junior Sergeant Viktor Shuleshko (call sign Mokh) died on July 10, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission in the Luhansk region. The defender was 28 years old. Viktor was born in the village of Knyaze-Hryhorivka in the Kherson region. He lived in Odesa. He studied at the Odesa National University of Internal Affairs and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He worked in the police. He had the rank of senior lieutenant. In his free time, he studied history and loved to read books. During the full-scale war, he defended the country as part of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade. He was the commander of the 5th section of the anti-aircraft missile platoon of the 2nd Airborne Battalion. The warrior was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree and the Medal for Wounds. "Vitya was a person you only meet once in a lifetime. Like the sun, he radiated joy and warmth, giving hope to everyone around him. His kindness and love of life were striking, and his smile always lifted the mood. In the summer of 2022, he decided to defend the country, showing incredible courage in difficult times. The call sign Mokh was given to him by his comrades-in-arms because he had a curly beard. Now that he is gone, the world has become a little colder, but the memory of him will live in the hearts of all who knew him. He will forever remain the flower of the nation," said the warrior's wife, Oryna. The defender was buried on the Alley of Glory in the city of Yuzhne, Odesa region. Viktor is survived by his parents, wife, and brother.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
