- BiographyAt the age of 14, he joined "Plast" and became a senior scout. He studied at the Ternopil National Technical University. He was the deputy for educational work of the local and regional leadership, and he managed the information department in the Ternopil "Plast." He mentored the youth group "Eagles." He worked for the newspaper "20 Minutes" and was the editor of the scouting magazine "The Bloom of Ukraine." He headed the NGO "Foundation of Regional Initiatives" and was the press secretary of the "PORA" party in the Ternopil region. He appeared in the music video about the UPA "Not Telling Anyone" by the band "Tartak" and in the film "Golden September. Chronicle of Galicia 1939–1941." Information about Viktor's creative activities can be found in his interviews. He was a photo correspondent, designer, and collaborated with the photo agency LUFA, the online publication Insider, and the news agencies Reuters and UNIAN. He prepared reports from the winter Euromaidan and left a series of photographs from the life of "Aidar." As a volunteer, he was involved in providing support for the "Aidar" battalion, and since August, he became a volunteer soldier in the battalion.
