Viktor V. Snisarenko (Takha)

Soldier Viktor Snisarenko (call sign Taha) was killed on January 31, 2023, defending positions near the village of Vremivka in the Donetsk region. The life of the warrior was cut short by a bullet from an enemy sniper. The defender was 25 years old. Viktor was born in the village of Khashcheve, Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from the Dnipro Regional Center for Vocational Education and obtained the profession of an automotive mechanic. He worked in his specialty. He was passionate about weapons. With the begin ning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the man went to defend his native country. He joined the ranks of the separate special operations unit of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov". He took part in the defense of Mariupol. "Vityusha dreamed of living in a free country. When the war started, he said he would go to protect his child. When I tried to dissuade him, he said: if everyone is hiding, who will defend? He was always the first to go on risky operations. He was a true patriot, a warrior, a loving son and the best father," said Alina Snisarenko. Viktor was buried in his native village. He left behind his mother Svitlana and daughter Maria.
