Viktor V. Udod

Senior Sergeant Viktor Udod was killed on June 4, 2023, while performing military duties near the village of Volodyne in the Donetsk region. In May, the defender turned 49 years old. Viktor was from the village of Bohuši in the Rivne region. He lived in the settlement of Novopavolotsʹke in the Zhytomyr region. He obtained the profession of carpenter, builder, and parquet layer at the Sosnivske Vocational and Technical School No. 8. He served in the military. He was married and raised four children. He was a mechanic. He loved to work the land, sow and harvest. He was interested in technology and tractors. During the full-scale Russian invasion, Viktor was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in military unit A4773, holding the position of senior gunner. "A very kind and sincere person. A good master and father," said the deceased's daughter Tetiana. "Viktor was a conscientious worker and a good colleague, always ready to help. He sacrificed his life for the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of Ukraine, never betraying the military oath," added the Andrushivska community. The military was buried in the village of Pavoloch in the Zhytomyr region. Viktor is survived by his wife Svitlana, daughters Tetiana and Natalia, and sons Nazar and Viktor.
