Viktor Ya. Babiuk

Born on April 24, 1984, in the city of Bratsk, Irkutsk region (Russia). In 1985, the family moved to the village of Oshihtliby, Kitsman district, Chernivtsi region. In 2000, he graduated from the 9th grade of the general education school in the village of Oshihtliby, Kitsman district, and in 2003, he graduated from Chernivtsi Vocational Technical School No. 4, specializing in "Carpenter, wood and birch bark carver." From October 23, 2003, to May 27, 2005, he served in the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2006, he worked at a private furniture manufacturing company in the city of Chernivtsi. In March 2014, he was called up for partial mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since April 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine. On August 6, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Oshihtliby, Kitsman district, Chernivtsi region.
