Biography
Bondaruk Vitaliy Anatoliyovych was born on November 11, 1997, in the village of Knyazholuka, Dolyna district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. He graduated from Dolyna Lyceum-Internat, in 2016 from the Lviv State Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training named after the Heroes of Kruty, and in 2020 from the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachny. He participated in the Joint Forces Operation and took part in the Russian-Ukrainian war for about a year. In 2021-2022, he held the position of commander in the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Yakiv Hadyuk. He was killed on March 25, 2022, in battles with the aggressor near the village of Tavriyske in the Kherson district of the Kherson region. He fell into an enemy ambush and engaged in combat. He refused to surrender and was shot by Russian soldiers. He was buried on March 28, 2022, in his native village.Burial place
