      Police Lieutenant Colonel, First deputy Chief of the city police department – head of the investigative department
      Killed in action in July 2014. On July 8, 2014, he was abducted by unknown individuals on his way to service. Vitaliy's body with a gunshot wound to the head was found on September 17, 2014, near the bridge close to the village of Zolotarivka in the Popasna district of Luhansk region.
