Vitalii M. Doroshenko

Doroshenko Vitalii Mykolaiovych was born on February 9, 1992 in the village of Oblozky, Hlukhiv district, Sumy region. After graduating from the 9th grade at the NVK in the village of Oblozky, he studied at the Hlukhiv Agro-College of SNAU, where he mastered the profession of an electrical technician. After his studies, he served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He signed a contract with the Armed Forces in 2017. He served in the 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade named after Koshovy Otaman Petro Kalnyshevskyi, holding the position of commander of the combat vehicle crew of the rocket artillery battery. He was killed on April 25, 2022 during enemy shelling in the Kharkiv region. The solemn farewell became possible after the conclusion of the DNA examination almost a month later, on May 19, 2022. It took place in the city of Hlukhiv, and the fallen warrior was buried in his native village of Oblozky, Berezivska rural community.
