  Mamunko Vitaliy Mykolaiovych was born on March 1, 1974 in the village of Ivankiv, Chortkiv district, Ternopil region. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he went to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He died on May 2, 2022 near the city of Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region. He was buried on May 9, 2022 in his native village. He left behind two children.
