Vitalii M. Sikan

Sikan Vitaliy Mykolaiovych was born on April 14, 1976 in the urban-type settlement of Kozelets in the Chernihiv region. He lived in the village of Topoli of the Kozelets settlement council. He graduated from Kozelets Secondary School No. 2 and Kozelets College of Veterinary Medicine. He worked as a postman in the villages of Topoli, Zakrevske, and Zhebretske. Later, he switched to work at LLC "Bakery Food Industry". With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front lines. He held the position of a rifleman-medic. He was killed on March 23, 2022 in battles with Russian invaders during the defense of the city of Chernihiv. He was buried on April 8, 2022 in the village of Topoli.
