- Publications- Born on September 3, 1991, in the city of Kostopil, Rivne region. In 2005, he graduated from the 8th grade of general education school No. 6 in Kostopil, and in 2008 - from the Kostopil Regional Lyceum of Physical Culture and Sports. He professionally engaged in Greco-Roman wrestling. In 2007, he became the Champion of Ukraine in Greco-Roman wrestling among youth. He is a Master of Sports in Greco-Roman wrestling. From October 2011, he served under contract in the 80th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, city of Lviv). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 3, 2014, Junior Sergeant Stavskyi was killed in battle with Russian-terrorist groups during the defense of the International Airport "Luhansk." On September 7, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the city of Kostopil. On May 20, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Kostopil on the facade of the Kostopil Regional Lyceum of Physical Culture and Sports (7 Danila Halitsky Street), where Vitaliy Stavskyi studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
