Vitalii S. Havryliuk

35-year-old soldier Vitaliy Havrylyuk was killed in action in combat in the Kyiv region on March 7, 2022. The defender received a fatal wound near the village of Dmytrivka. Vitaliy was from the city of Berezne in Rivne Oblast. He stu at Berezne School No. 2 and worked as a driver in the police. During the full-scale invasion, the man defended Ukraine in the ranks of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great. He was a mechanic-driver. "I searched for my brother through social networks for almost a month. And until the end, I hoped that he would be alive, but unfortunately, Vitaliy and his comrades . He was always cheerful, sincere, kind, and the best brother," said the hero's sister, Oksana. "Rest in peace... You were a friend to many... I still can't believe it... Eternal memory to you, Our Hero!" wrote Tetiana Sulzhik. The soldier was buried in his hometown in Rivne Oblast. Vitaliy is survived by his sister, wife, and two sons. Soldier Vitaliy Havrylyuk was posthumously awarded the Order of "Courage" III degree.
