- Lieutenant Vitaliy Dudarchuk (call sign Kalyna) was killed on November 4, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the area of the village of Spirne in Donetsk region. The officer was 32 years old. Vitaliy was originally from the village of Riznykivka in Donetsk region. In his childhood, he moved with his family to Rivne region, to the village of Prysluch. In 2011, he graduated with honors from Rivne State Humanities University with a degree in History, obtaining the qualification of a history teacher. From 2013 to 2015, he studied at the military department of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management, graduating with the rank of junior lieutenant in reserve. In 2015, he obtained a master's degree at the National University of Ostroh Academy in the field of Law. In 2020, he passed the bar exam. In Kyiv, he founded a law firm "Volkov and Partners" with a colleague. He worked in his profession. During the full-scale Russian invasion, he fought against the occupiers in the ranks of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of platoon commander in the 108th battalion. "Vitaliy is the pride of our family. A person with a sensitive and kind heart, always just, a role model for his younger brothers and sister. The flower of our nation, he could have done so much more..." said the deceased's brother Vadym. "A young commander of a mountain assault platoon, a graduate of Ostroh Academy, successfully started his own law practice before the full-scale invasion of Russian invaders. Vitaliy was a bright example to follow in a large family. But the Moscow occupiers cut short another life of a young and promising person. It is hard to find words that could lessen the pain of relatives from the loss of a son, a brother..." noted the Berezne City Council. The officer was buried in the village of Prysluch in Rivne region. Vitaliy is survived by his parents, brothers, and sister.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
