Vitalii V. Kurovskyi

26-year-old Vitaliy Kurovsky was killed on August 14, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk region. The serviceman was born in the village of Poninka, Khmelnytskyi region. He stu at a local school and Poninka Lyceum. He was always calm and balanced, a good friend, son and brother. When the full-scale war began, the man joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and went to defend the Motherland from Russian occupiers. His life was cut short near the village of Berestove in Donetsk. "A wonderful, sincere, kind person. It's impossible to believe, it's impossible to convey the whole pain and grief of loss... The war takes the best...", the Poninka community noted. "I knew Vitaliy from childhood. I would like to say that we are all very sad about him. He a day before rotation. He didn't come home - he was brought. He was very kind, I don't remember any evil that he could do", Daryana Bilyavska said. The defender was buried in his native village of Poninka. At home, Vitaliy was waiting for his parents and four brothers.
