      • Born on May 21, 1974, in the urban-type settlement of Dovbysh, Baranivka district, Zhytomyr region. Graduated from the secondary school of the urban-type settlement of Dovbysh. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a mechanic-driver in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 3, 2014, soldier Medushevskyi was killed at a checkpoint near the city of Luhansk from a sniper's bullet while covering a group of sappers who were conducting road mining. On August 6, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Dovbysh, Baranivka district, Zhytomyr region.
