- 26-year-old paratrooper Vladlen Yeroshenko (call sign Yarek) was killed on March 27, 2022 in the area of the village of Kamyanka in the Kharkiv region. The defender was ordered to withdraw the commander from the encirclement. Despite powerful shelling and a barrage of aviation, he carried out the task, but did not return back. Vladlen was born in Sumy. He obtained the profession of a welder at the Sosnytskyi vocational school. He proved himself to be a good specialist at the blacksmith's enterprise where he underwent an internship. He then stayed there as a blacksmith. He later moved to Kyiv, where he became a foreman in construction. He had many diverse hobbies. He adored spending time with his nephews. In 2019, the man signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He fought in the JFO as part of the 95th separate airborne assault brigade. He was a shooter-sniper. He met the full-scale war with his comrades-in-arms and continued to perform his official duties. "My brother was devoted to his family. He was the knot that held everyone together. I loved him since childhood, like my own son! Forgive me, brother! I wish everyone had such a brother as we had. May he rest in peace! We miss him very much!" - wrote the older brother of the fallen Bohdan Litiuha. The hero was buried in the Alley of Glory of the Novo-Tsentral cemetery in his hometown.
