- Vintsevskyi Vladyslav Anatoliiovych was born on July 24, 1995, in Odesa. There he completed school and studied at the National University "Odesa Law Academy." He worked in the Main Department of the National Police in Odesa region, and in 2018, he decided to change his service in law enforcement to work in the Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Odesa region. He initially worked in a territorial unit and later in the migration control department, where his potential as a professional was fully revealed. Vladyslav never complained about difficulties, heavy workloads, or fatigue; he was able to make decisions independently and always chose his own path. His professional qualities were complemented by many diverse interests and hobbies, the main ones being boxing and drift drag racing. He was attracted to speed and the roar of engines. Vladyslav's life was vibrant and interesting; he had many plans for the future, dreams, and goals ahead. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Vladyslav, without hesitation, stood up to defend his homeland: on March 11, 2022, he volunteered to serve in the intelligence unit. There, he sustained serious injuries—burns to his hands. He underwent treatment but did not wait for the end of his rehabilitation and, despite his family's pleas, returned to his unit and his combat comrades, with whom he defended Ukraine until the last moment. Vladyslav Vintsevskyi was killed on August 5, 2022, during a change of location in Mykolaiv.Memory Book of the MIA System
