- Dvorak Vladislav Ivanovich was born on April 23, 2001, in the village of Didkivtsi, Khmelnytskyi region. He graduated from the Higher Vocational School of the Lviv State University of Life Safety. He loved fishing, playing football, and was passionate about motorcycles. He served in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine since 2018. He held the position of commander of a fire brigade at the 1st State Fire and Rescue Unit of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi region. On February 27, 2023, shortly after midnight, an air raid alert sounded in Khmelnytskyi, followed by a loud explosion. A fire broke out due to the impact of a Russian drone, the bright glow of which turned night into day. Rescuers rushed to save lives and eliminate the aftermath of the attack. When Vladislav's team was extinguishing the fire, Russia launched a second strike with a "Shahed." The young commander died instantly. "He was a golden man, without exaggeration. Despite his young age, he became a true example for others. Vladislav was devoted to his work, his cause, and his family. He loved his mother and me," said the rescuer's fiancée, Diana Izhevska. Vladislav was the youngest son in the family and the best brother to two older sisters. In the spring of 2023, he was to get married. For his personal bravery and selfless actions displayed in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for his loyalty to the military oath, Dvorak Vladislav Ivanovich was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.Memory Book of the MIA System
