Vladyslav I. Kozchenko

Born on April 10, 1997, in the city of Poltava. Graduated from 9 grades of Gymnasium No. 31 in Poltava. Studied at the Agrarian Economic College of the Poltava State Agrarian Economic Academy. From June 2016, served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a cadet at the 199th Training Center of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2900, city of Zhytomyr). Then - a sniper of the 1st Air Assault Platoon of the 2nd Air Assault Company of the Air Assault Battalion of the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (city of Zhytomyr). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 6, 2018, Junior Sergeant Kozchenko was killed as a result of a shrapnel wound to the neck in the industrial zone of the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region. On March 10, 2018, he was buried at the Alley of Heroes in the Central Cemetery of the city of Poltava.
