Publications
- Born on December 28, 1998, in the urban-type settlement of Kozelets, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region. In 2014, he graduated from the 9th grade of general education school No. 3 in the urban-type settlement of Kozelets, and in 2017 - from the Chernihiv Professional Railway Transport Lyceum. Since 2017, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 1st Separate Battalion of Marine Corps of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilynskyi of the Naval Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2777, city of Mykolaiv). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation and the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 6, 2019, sailor Rak was killed as a result of shelling by Russian-terrorist groups of the Ukrainian military's platoon stronghold near the village of Pavlopil in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. Also, as a result of this shelling, senior sailor Sharko, sailor Kurdov, and soldier Shandra were killed. On August 8, 2019, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Kozelets. On November 14, 2019, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the urban-type settlement of Kozelets on the facade of general education school No. 3 (32-A Svyato-Preobrazhenska Street), where Vladyslav Rak studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
