Vladyslav O. Hulov

Vladislav Olegovich Gulov was born on December 6, 1991 in Huliaipole, Zaporizhia Oblast. In 2009, he graduated from the Zaporizhia Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training "Zakhysnyk", and in 2013 - from the Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University. After graduation, he served in the 16th Separate Army Aviation Brigade in Brody. He participated in peacekeeping missions in the Republic of Congo. Since 2014, he has participated in the ATO. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Vladislav Gulov and his crew on the Mi-8 helicopter carried out combat missions. He made over 1000 combat sorties, destroying a large number of enemy personnel. He was killed on December 19, 2022 while performing a military mission in the Donetsk direction. He was buried on December 27, 2022 in Brody, Lviv Oblast. Vladislav is survived by his wife, parents and brother.
