Vladyslav O. Khaustov

Soldier Vladislav Khaustov was killed on June 10, 2023 near the village of Bilogiria, Zaporizhia region. While performing his duties, he came under enemy artillery fire. The warrior was 33 years old. Vladislav was born and lived in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2012, he graduated from the National Mining University. He worked at the West Donbas mine, holding the position of a mining worker in the clearing face. He was passionate about basketball, played on the miners' team, went to the gym, loved rope jumping, skydiving and traveling. He always strived to learn and discover something new and interesting. In June 2022, the man voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 46th separate air assault brigade. He held the position of a howitzer artillery division spotter. He took part in the battles for Kherson, Soledar, Bakhmut and Zaporizhia. "He loved life. He always strived for the best. He was always ready for battle. He was the most amazing person: beautiful, intelligent, wise, funny, brave, kind, prudent, sensitive, faithful. He left so much of his soul in all of us! We will always remember him! Eternal glory to the Hero! My Hero, my soul!" - said the wife of the fallen soldier Anna. The paratrooper was buried in his hometown. His parents and wife were waiting for him at home.
