Vladyslav O. Pyliov

Senior soldier Vladislav Pylov was killed on December 20, 2023, repelling an enemy assault near the village of Staromaiorskoye in the Donetsk region. The warrior remained forever 21 years old. Vladislav was a native of the city of Kharkiv. After finishing school, he obtained the profession of an automotive mechanic at the local vocational school No. 3. He was fond of volleyball and basketball. When the full-scale invasion of Russian occupiers began, Vladislav served under contract in the National Guard of Ukraine. He was a fighter of the 23rd separate brigade of public order protection "Khortytsia". He held the position of assistant chief of the military detail (grenadier) of the patrol platoon. From the first days of the great war, as part of his unit, he bravely defended the Motherland from the enemy. He received the medal "Participant of Combat Operations". "My brother was a very cheerful person who always supports and helps. His loss is the worst thing that could have happened in our family. We all miss him very much," said Roman Pylov. The National Guard soldier was buried in cemetery No. 18 in Kharkiv. Vladislav is survived by his parents, three sisters and a brother.
