- Born on September 3, 1997, in the city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. In 2014, he graduated from general education school No. 11 in Bila Tserkva, and in 2015 - from the Bila Tserkva Vocational Technical School named after P.R. Popovych. From the fall of 2015, he served in the military, and from 2016, he served under contract in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Operational Command "North" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From May 28, 2016, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 2, 2017, soldier Makarov sustained severe mine-explosive injuries during shelling by Russian-terrorist groups of Ukrainian military positions near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region. He was evacuated to the Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital (city of Dnipro), and on March 28, 2017, to the National Military Medical Clinical Center "Main Military Clinical Hospital" (city of Kyiv). He was in a coma for 12 days, suffered severe intoxication, and underwent amputation of both legs. Doctors fought for the life of Vladislav Makarov until the last moment, but on April 3, 2017, he died from his injuries. On April 5, 2017, he was buried at the Alley of Glory in the "Sukhyi Yar" cemetery in the city of Bila Tserkva. On October 12, 2017, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Bila Tserkva on the facade of general education school No. 11 (Skhidna Street, 20), where Vladislav Makarov studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
