      • Born on January 23, 1994, in the village of Kuibysheve (since 2016 - Pokrovsk) of the Shyshaky district in the Poltava region. Graduated from a general education school. Served as a shooter in the 72nd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On January 30, 2015, soldier Novynskyi was killed while performing a combat mission. Buried in the cemetery of the village of Pokrovsk, Shyshaky district, Poltava region.
