- Born on November 14, 1973, in the city of Kyiv. Graduated from high school. In the 1990s, he initially served in the military for a term, then continued with contract military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As part of the UN Peacekeeping Forces, he participated in maintaining order and peace in the former Yugoslavia. The events of this war affected the health of Vladislav Vorobyov, and he was assigned a 2nd group disability. After the army, he engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Later, he organized a team that dealt with the design and construction of facades. He lived in the city of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region. On March 19, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Bila Tserkva Combined City Military Commissariat of the Kyiv region. He served as the chief sergeant of the 8th mechanized company of the 3rd mechanized battalion of the 72nd separate guards mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167 (field post V0849), city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From May 7, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 15, 2014, sergeant Vorobyov was killed as a result of shelling by terrorists using the Grad multiple rocket launcher system on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the city of Amvrosiivka, Donetsk region. Along with him, junior lieutenant Yuriy Boychun, sergeant Oleg Bratko, and soldier Serhiy Pavlusha were also killed.
