- Born on May 15, 1998, in the urban-type settlement of Lozivskyi in the Slovianoserbskyi district of Luhansk region. From the age of 4, he was raised in the family of his older sister. In 2011, he moved to the village of Halahanivka in the Semenivskyi district of Chernihiv region to live with relatives. In 2013, he graduated from the general education school in Halahanivka, then from the Sosnytskyi Professional Agrarian Lyceum (in the urban-type settlement of Sosnytsia, Chernihiv region) as a tractor driver. He worked as a laborer at the Limited Liability Company "New Life" in the village of Halahanivka. Since February 2017, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent military training at the 169th Training Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0665, urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region). He served as a gunner in the 3rd tank platoon of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Operational Command "East" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0693 (field post V2970), city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region). He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On February 8, 2018, soldier Volodymyr Minchukov tragically died from a gunshot wound to the head in the area of the settlement of Pidhorodne in Bakhmut district, Donetsk region. On February 12, 2018, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Halahanivka, Semenivskyi district, Chernihiv region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
