- Born on June 28, 1977, in the city of Fastiv, Kyiv region, in a family of railway workers. From 1984, he studied at secondary school No. 10 in Fastiv, and from the late 1980s, at secondary school No. 5 in Fastiv. In 1992, he graduated from the 9th grade of general education school No. 5 in Fastiv, and in 1995, he graduated from vocational technical school No. 18 in Fastiv (now the Fastiv Center for Vocational and Technical Education) with a specialty in "operator-adjuster of numerically controlled machines." In the second half of the 1990s, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the communications troops. Since the 1990s, he worked as a locksmith in the electrical repair shop, and from the 2000s, as a foreman and master of the body shop at the motor car depot in Fastiv station. In the 2000s, he graduated from the electromechanical technical school with a specialty in "electrical engineering" without interrupting his work. In the winter of 2013-2014, he was at Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv, where he was an active participant in the Revolution of Dignity. On May 29, 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a combat vehicle commander - squad commander of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), city of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region). Since 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Malysh." On April 4, 2016, around 22:00, Junior Sergeant Ocheretian was killed as a result of shrapnel wounds during a mortar shelling at a checkpoint near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region.
