Volodymyr A. Pinchuk

Paratrooper Volodymyr Pinchuk was killed on December 19, 2022, in a battle with the occupiers near the village of Kurdyumivka in Donetsk region. The warrior was 24 years old. Volodymyr was born in the village of Bilka in Zhytomyr Oblast. He lived in the village of Novi Velidnyky in Zhytomyr region. He graduated from Novi Velidnytsia Secondary School. He worked as a mechanic. In August 2022, he was contracted to serve in the ranks of the 46th Separate Air Assault Brigade. He underwent training and mastered the profession of a sniper. Later, as part of the unit, Volodymyr went to liberate Kherson region from Russian occupiers. On December 14, they were sent to Bakhmut in Donetsk region, where he was killed five days later. "Always smiling, friendly, polite, he was a support for his comrades at the front. He was a reliable support for his parents. He loved his family very much. No one can say a bad word about him. He always found a way out of any situation, could support, comfort, and give good advice to everyone," said the deceased's sister, Kateryna. The defender was buried in the village of Novi Velidnyky in Zhytomyr region. Volodymyr is survived by his mother, sister, and brother.
