- Andriychuk Volodymyr Ihorovych was born on March 10, 1990, in the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Volodymyr Andriychuk participated in the defense of Kyiv and the surrounding villages and towns as part of the volunteer battalion "Svoboda." As a true patriot of Ukraine, at the very start of the war, Volodymyr came from Poland to defend his native land from Russian invaders. He took part in the battles for the liberation of the cities of Irpin, Hostomel, and Bucha. Due to his displayed courage, he became the commander of the unit. Volodymyr Andriychuk selflessly and steadfastly carried out all orders and combat directives regarding the defense of the state in Eastern Ukraine, specifically participating in the defense of the cities of Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region. He skillfully and effectively destroyed enemy personnel and equipment. He responsibly and bravely commanded the personnel. He had considerable authority and was respected among his comrades. Volodymyr Andriychuk (call sign Barmen) was killed on June 18, 2022, during a battle while defending the city of Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region. For his personal courage and selflessness shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as his conscientious and impeccable service to the Ukrainian people, soldier Andriychuk Volodymyr Ihorovych was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.Memory Book of the MIA System
