- Machine gunner Volodymyr Danilets (call sign Kulya) was killed in action on June 16, 2022, in a battle with saboteurs in the area of the village of Dementiivka in Kharkiv region. The defender was 51 years old. Volodymyr was born in the city of Volodymyrets, Rivne region. He lived in the city of Skadovsk, Kherson region. He graduated from the Kherson National Technical University and received a degree in automation engineering. Later, he worked in Kyiv, building food processing plants all over Ukraine. During the full-scale war, the man could not stay away, so he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and went to defend the Motherland from the occupiers. "I don't believe I've lost you. There was supposed to be so much ahead. But you gave your life for our peaceful sky, putting all your love for Ukraine into it. Nobody loved her like you did. I'll never forgive you for this. You always said you did everything for my well-being, so that I would have everything. And now I don't have half of myself. We were one whole. It's empty without you. I don't know a cleaner, kinder, and more worthy person. You were the best at everything. Not because you're mine. That's just how it was, everything worked out for you. You were valued everywhere," said his wife, Snizhana. The defender was buried on the Alley of Glory of the Berkovetsky cemetery in Kyiv. Volodymyr left behind his mother, wife, daughter, and son.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
