Volodymyr M. Drobotskyi (Moisha)

Soldier Volodymyr Drobotskyi (call sign Moysha) was killed on July 9, 2023 while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Klishchiyivka in the Donetsk region. The defender was 41 years old. Volodymyr was from the village of Myshkivtsi in the Ternopil region. He graduated from the Vyshnivets Vocational School. He worked in various fields, including temporary jobs. He was married and raised a son, to whom he dedicated his free time. During the full-scale Russian invasion, for the sake of the peaceful future of his country and his loved ones, the man joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He held the position of a machine gunner in the 35th separate rifle battalion. Eternal memory to the warrior. May the earth be light for you, Hero, for which you gave your life," wrote the deceased's fellow villagers. The fighter was buried in his native village. At home, Volodymyr was awaited by his mother, wife and son.
