- Born on February 15, 1980, in the village of Monastyrchany, Bohorodchany district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. On August 2, 2014, mobilized to the 79th Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, city of Mykolaiv). Since the fall of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Participant in the defense of the International Airport "Donetsk." On February 12, 2015, Senior Warrant Officer Suslyk was killed during a tank shelling in the area of the village of Lohvynove, Artemivsk (now Bakhmut) district of Donetsk region while conducting an operation to unblock the Bakhmut - Debaltseve road.
