Biography
After graduating from the 9th grade of the Lipetsk Secondary School, Vladimir entered the Odessa Railway Technical School, where he obtained the qualification of an electrician in 2012. He then completed driving courses in the city of Kotovsk, as he had dreamed of owning his own car since childhood. This dream came true thanks to his hard work, responsibility, purposefulness, and integrity, which his parents, Elena Volodymyrivna and Oleksandr Pavlovych, taught him from a young age. Vova managed to buy a car, give gifts to his little sister Olena, and even save some money for his wedding with his beloved girlfriend Katrusia. In May 2013, Vladimir and his mother went to the military enlistment office, as Volodymyr believed that it was his civic duty to serve in the military. After only three months of service, his diligence and discipline were rewarded with a promotion in rank: Vladimir became a senior soldier. On May 12, 2014, all his relatives were waiting for Vladimir's return home, as his year of service was coming to an end. But on that day, he called his mother and told her that their unit was being sent to Sloviansk. For two weeks, Vladimir and his fellow soldiers served at checkpoints in the ATO zone. Four days before his death, Vladimir called his sister and promised her he would return alive. But on May 29, near the village of Kam'yanka in the Izium district of the Kharkiv region, a separatist sabotage and reconnaissance group fired on a truck carrying National Guard soldiers with small arms and under-barrel grenade launchers. The driver managed to drive the vehicle out of the line of fire, but several soldiers were wounded, and Vladimir was killed… In his native village of Lipetske, everyone respected and loved Vladimir - kind, sincere, sociable, cheerful, always ready to help. Therefore, with the support of the village council chairman, entrepreneurs, and many residents of the village, a monument was erected to Vladimir in the center of the village, on the memorial to the heroes of World War II. In addition, his parents honored the memory of the fallen soldier with a pious deed: they dug a well on the road to Kotovsk, near which fellow villagers from the "Mogila" neighborhood erected a memorial sign.Military service
