Volodymyr O. Nechai

Nechai Volodymyr Olehovych was born on March 25, 1984. He was a resident of Lanivtsi, Kremenets district, Ternopil region. In late April 2019, he signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a senior operator of the 3rd anti-tank section of the anti-tank platoon of the fire support company of the 2nd airborne assault battalion of the 80th Separate Airborne Brigade. He was killed on June 4, 2022 near Svyatohirsk, Donetsk region. He was buried on June 9, 2022 in the village of Zhukovtsi, Lanivtsi community, Ternopil region. He is survived by his wife and children.
