- Vibransky Volodymyr Oleksandrovych was born on May 1, 1982, in the village of Kachurivka, Kotovskyi District, Odesa Oblast. In 1997, he graduated from vocational technical school No. 39. Junior Sergeant Volodymyr Vibransky, as part of the consolidated unit "Volyn," bravely participated in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the area of Soledar, Donetsk Oblast. Arriving at the positions on the night of January 16, 2023, Volodymyr Vibransky organized their arrangement and preparation for defensive combat along the line "Railway - railway crossing" on the eastern outskirts of Soledar. During nighttime observation using a thermal imaging device, the serviceman detected an enemy infantry group attempting to approach the position of his unit unnoticed, and together with other servicemen, he destroyed it completely with small arms fire at close range. Amid continuous enemy shelling from January 15 to 18, 2023, on the outskirts of Soledar, Volodymyr continued to engage in firefights with the enemy, inflicting significant losses on their personnel. Despite the heavy shelling, the border guards selflessly held the defense of the platoon stronghold "Volyn." During another combat confrontation, Junior Sergeant Volodymyr Vibransky went missing. On March 9, 2023, the border guards found Volodymyr's body on the battlefield. For his personal courage and selfless actions displayed in defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and his loyalty to military oath, Junior Sergeant Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Vibransky was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.Memory Book of the MIA System
