Volodymyr P. Shynkar

Shynkar Volodymyr Petrovych was born on December 23, 1986 in the city of Stryi, Lviv region. In 2004, he graduated from Stryi Secondary School. After school, he studied at the Lviv Polytechnic National University, majoring in "Intelligent Decision Support Systems". After obtaining a higher education, he held public positions and worked in the private business sector. His last job was the position of chief specialist in the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture at the Stryi District Council. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he volunteered to defend the state. He served as part of the 125th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was killed on October 5, 2022 while performing his official duties. He was buried at the Old Cemetery in the city of Stryi, Lviv region.
