  Kobyletskyy Volodymyr Romanovych was born on August 23, 1977. He was a naval infantryman in a reconnaissance assault company. He died on October 2, 2022 during a mortar attack in the Kherson region. He was buried on October 8, 2022 on the Alley of Heroes at the Mykulyntsi Cemetery in Ternopil.
