Volodymyr S. Lutsenko (Ubd)

Lutsenko Volodymyr Serhiyovych was born on July 17, 1982, in the village of Hannusyne, Polonsky District, Khmelnytskyi Oblast. He stuwas killed at the Rohachiv State Agrarian Technical School. Since 2020, he served in the 11th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, holding the position of deputy chief of anti-aircraft missile service of the anti-aircraft battery. He was killed on March 24, 2022, during a missile strike on the positions of Ukrainian defenders near the city of Izium in Kharkiv Oblast. He is buried in the city of Polonne, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
